Pacific States University is a private university in Harvard Heights , Los Angeles California, U.S. and member of ACICS . Founded in 1928 as an independent private institution, it has provided a comprehensive education in the fields of business, and computer science to more than 10,000 graduates. The University specially designed to prepare students for preparation in their professional fields of business and information of technology.

Institutions

A faculty of about 89 professors serve as of school year 1928-2009. The student body is drawn from the United States and some 40 other countries. Facilities include modern classrooms, computer laboratories with Internet access, and an extensive collection in the University Library which houses more than 15,000 volumes and subscribes to over 50 periodical, and professional journals. It provides a variety of computer services through its Internet terminals. Students have direct access to Melvyl, which is the online catalog network for the campuses of the University of California. Several other university libraries, as well as the Los Angeles Public Library (LAPL) make their materials available to students.

Campus

The main campus is centered on Southern California in central west and extends into the surrounding Harvard Heights, Los Angeles, California neighborhood. Lies on South western Avenue The campus itself contains the central administrative offices and main library of the university, and the majority of the freshman dormitories.
